Door Construction:

All doors are full overlay constructed using 3/4″ x 3″ solid wood rails with mortise and tenon corner joints. Doors use a 1/4″ veneer center panel. All center panels are held in place using space balls that enable wood expansion and contraction.

Drawer Construction:

Drawers are constructed using 1/2″ MDF for all four sides with a bullnose, foil covered top edge. All drawers have dovetail construction in the front and back standard. Drawer fronts are beveled on back for easy grip opening. Drawers glide smoothly on self-adjusting ball bearing nylon guides with 7/8 extension.
